All new gun owner purchases from law enforcement controlled facility must pass mental health exam. Mental health exams are required every 4 years for all gun owners. Any gun owner that fails a mental health exam loses access for minimum of 1 year before they can retest. State governors maintain right to suspend gun control laws in the event of emergency. Guns must be returned when the emergency ends. Real gun control. For school kids. For beaten wives. To give teeth to gang bangers getting caught with them.
