my experience is people who don't own, don't seem to understand basic boundaries...I agree start with no trespassing signs. The nice ones ask for permission in the first place. It is your liability....

they have a guy that advertises during the show from S La. that specializes in salvaged wood. But my guess is if he has to do the work to get it out, you are not going to make much. Maybe a finders fee. ...
