When I was a freshman at LSU many moons ago , a Political Science Professor said there were two blood sports in LA, football and politics, and until that stops we're going to continuously have politicians sticking their noses where they don't belong.

If the BoS Chair is uncomfortable leading a search, then farm it out to professionals who do nothing but searches for Executives, like HC's

Landry needs to shut up and keep his nose out of the this, and just concentrate on placating Trump. Coaches and Agents don't like politicians involved in micromanaging college athletics. It's a hindrance to the hiring process
