Ok this is random I know, but does anyone know where I can buy a long sleeve white pullover shell like CJJ sometimes wears? I've looked online but can't find any.
TIA

My dad is full of sage advice. One of my favorites is "don't force anything". This applies to just about every area of life...financial matters, working with tools, people relationships, etc.

When I was a freshman at Tech, I'll never forget the intro to the local news every night:
"Good evening. I'm Chris Fairbairn, & I'm Leighton Spann"

My grandmother was from Larose. Some of her words are widely used, but a few were pretty unique. Examples:
Refrigerator - icebox
Purse - pocketbook
Couch - davenport
Panties - step ins
Margarine - oleo

re: Serious question. When Christians visits the Western Wall do they pray to Jesus?

A few thoughts:
1. We were there in 2022. Men are required to wear a head covering to the wailing wall.
2. Definitely prayed in Jesus's name as a Believer
3. Went to the Holocaust Museum and was not in any way required to wear head covering there. Perhaps they've changed the rules since then
4. I would encourage everyone to go at least once, provided they're isn't active warfare going on

The wife (no pics) and I went and got ours yesterday at the DMV in Columbia. 30minutes, employees were beyond nice. Maybe we just have an exceptional DMV?

8 years ago I had "simple" laproscopic hernia surgery. In recovery I threw a blood clot that went through my heart and should have killed me. I was unconscious for 4 days. On day 7 I walked out of there the most grateful person alive

That is just awful. These kids today deal with so much more than we had to growing up in the 70s and 80s. Prayers for this poor child's family and friends
It wasn't the 70s. It was Christmas Eve 1982
