How can anyone trust big brother government? Fasting is one of the best things you can do for your body. There is a study out there showing men increased their hgh by 20x and when up to 16x after just 24 hours of fasting. I try to do one meal a day intermittent fasting and it works well for me. I need to get back to doing a legit fast for a day or two.
