If you can qualify for just $5K more at 75K my pricing shows 4.5% at 0 points (no discount or origination). Priced at 5% you'd actually get a borrower credit of 3.5% which would basically wipe out most closing costs and much of your prepaids (tax and insurance escrow setup).
I think Perrilloux had much better legal representation than Phelps...so in my opinion it's a tossup.

Rural Development is still working very well for me! Rates are now down to 5% with no discount points...no PMI (funding fee is financed), and most suburban areas in Louisiana (including the city of Zachary, city of Central in EBR, all surrounding parishes) are property eligible!
Translation: Les hasn't offered the job to him just yet...
I could be off by a little bit dialect wise but Amy sure has a Pointe Coupee Parish (New Roads) sounds to her..

CD's, T-Bills, and Cash (yielding 0% but ahead of most financial instruments out there)!

Randy Shannon reported this afternoon that a high profile player knocked LSU and others out of consideration...OU and UM are finalists. Take it for what it's worth.
Changes are being made as we speak. Hang tight.
Pine box sales are way up!!
It pays to have the deciding game on prime time, Saturday night, a day after the Horns and Herbie/Muffberger salivating over Okie scoring +60 (never mind Okie State scoring over 40).
re: bowl eligibility

Don't worry...we're in even at 6-6 (see Bama from last year). Maybe not anything close to Cotton Bowl but some type of bowl..
Why not try a co-head coaching system...Miles will be the Offensive Head Coach, with Saban as the Defensive Head Coach...pay both $2.5MM/yr with incentives. We'd probably save money with the DC's since Saban hires them just for title, as he's the "master supreme" at D. Crowton would hold his title as OC. Both have an amazing recruiting prowess with each having advantages over the other in specific geographical areas.
I've been doing Rural Development loans for the past 2 years and it's been my company's major source of income. 102% Financing (guarantee fee can be financed--no PMI, seller can pay for all closing costs (even beyond the standard 6%), and no maximum loan amount. Also the income limits are really good if you live in Southern Louisiana--1 to 4 person family can earn up to $74,000/yr. All properties in parishes surrounding East Baton Rouge are eligible--the City of Central at the present time is also eligible.

Excellent idea...get the astroglide ready!

Bring her to the game and sell her ticket outside the stadium if she wears that shirt
Leave "ticket" out of that statement...
last post...17-12 1979 LSU-USC game...forgot to put that in..
Was selling programs and was fortunate to be there....even as we lost it had to rank very high up there as one of the greatest! USC was fielding supposedly "the greatest team ever" and we were still ahead 12-0 going into the 4th. I still remember hearing "We are proud of you" over and over even with the loss. One of the only games I can recall where LSU actually jumped into the polls because of how great they played..
