I use NREIG.Com for all my properties and you can choose your amount of coverage. Minimum is $75 sq/ft and you can choose RC or ACV. You add/drop with your own portal. There is also JB Lloyd out of Dallas. They’re good also.

I am almost there. I made a ton of money last year. But my wife spent it all and then some without my knowledge. I have two weeks to come up with another 35k for something that I was not aware I needed. I’ll be able to do it, but after that, a loaf of bread will be a luxury. And yes, I’m an idiot and I didn’t think she would be that stupid. But I overestimated her obviously.

You know how I know that is BS? Says he wrote it down. If they asked what really happened, the kid would have said he took a quick picture of it. He would not have even had the thought to get a piece of paper and write it down when all kids have their phone attached to them. These kids barely even know how to use pen and paper anymore. That one little detail shows they’re making up the response. Columbo ain’t got nothin on me!
