Recently returned from Houston for a quick trip. Upon returning, I came home to a keyed truck. I have video and a description of the truck, which matches the person I suspect. Question 1, is this enough evidence for an open and shut door avenue to press charges? Question 2, what kind of charges can be pressed? He's also stalked over social media, and come to my home when I wasn't there

One of the best coaches in baseball. He gets a bad rap on here a lot of times from the monday morning qb's who know better.

In a similar case, the Brister kid had to serve 250 hours of community service and pay a 5,000 fine. I know his lawyer has to play his cards, but I think there are some things in this case that the public doesn't know. His lawyer seemed quite confident it would go away, and after hearing the Brister case I would agree with him.
