re: Creatine with Creapure

Honestly, I have no idea. I've just heard to be skeptical of Amazon's supplements. I purchase my creatine, magnesium, boron, D3/K2 all from Amazon.
The prices from the manufacturers seem to all be in line with what I'm paying on Amazon, so I'll just start buying direct.

My signup bonuses lasted me a while. I was placing small bets a pretty good bit, but recently went all in and lost. Wasn't a big deal because it was all promotional bonus bets.
I decided to quit just to see the effects it has on me watching sports, and man...it's totally screwed with my love for sports. I loved college basketball, and could watch any teams play and just enjoy it. Same for MMA. Sports betting put a different spin on things and I was enjoying the additional dopamine hit I was getting.
Maybe I'll get back into it at some point. I don't place large bets, but it make for some entertainment...it also robs the entertainment of just enjoying the pure sport. I guess it's like everything else in society...looking for additional dopamine hits.

Others will tell you this also. Steer clear of supplements on Amazon.

Is this accurate?
Genuinely asking.
This is the second time I've heard it this week. I think it has to do with undisclosed ingredients or mislabeling. I just bought Momentus Creatine from Amazon a few days ago. Might be the last time I order my supplements from Amazon...which sucks, because it's so convenient.

Ingredients:
Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour,niacin,reduced iron,thiamine mononitrate,riboflavin,folic acid),Protein Blend (vital wheat gluten,pea protein,rice protein),Chicory Root Fiber,Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (unsweetened chocolate,sugar,cocoa butter,dextrose,natural vanilla extract),Cane Sugar,Invert Sugar,Vegetable Glycerine,Palm Fruit Oil,Sunflower Lecithin,Natural Flavor,Baking Soda,Salt,Xanthan Gum,Guar Gum
That's a lot of crap. I really try stocking to 3-5 ingredients max. But 90% of what I eat is whole food/ animal based.
6 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
Salt/ Pepper to taste
*Spinach if you want
Mix all into muffin tin & bake 20 minutes @ 350
Macros: 95 cal/ 9g protein...6g fat/ 2g carbs
Make 12 of Sunday, grab 2 each morning all wee. Greek yogurt makes them fluffy & adds bonus protein. Mini protein bombs.
Easy and cheap.

re: Dealing with severe health anxiety

Sounds like you suffer from pretty severe anxiety - I'd probably recommend you go back to the doctor to address this. Not sure if you have hang up with taking anxiety medication, but there's nothing wrong with getting on medication, if you need it...especially when it can drastically improve your life.
ETA:
Try another. There's ton of different medications for this stuff - find the one that works for you.

Always the worst part of it...having anxiety about having anxiety. It just compounds on itself.
Are you still taking the medication? How much exercise are you getting?

I think Pimblett did enough that he deserves a shot if Gaethje loses to Topuria.
Someone is going to have to deal with Arman. Pimblett will have to wait a while. I think after Holloway wins the BMF title, he'll get a shot before Pimblett.

I hear ya, but I think they made the initial, main card so stacked that it really didn't matter. Kayla having to back out sucks, but the whole main card is still very fun.
I think this is the only way Paddy has a shot to win the belt (interim). I think he'll fight Arman next, and then we see an Arman/ Topuria fight at the White House.

re: What are the health benefits, if any, of eating Raisin Bran?
Posted by lsugerberbaby on 1/21/26 at 9:15 am to Slippy
This is not good for you. Damn near all American wheat products are straight up poison because of the process it goes through. All sprayed with glyphosate (pesticides/ round up).
Eat whole foods.

Any issues with it pulling your beard hair?
I bought the WAHL 9864 Stainless Lithium Ion 2.0, and it freaking sucks. I've oiled it numerous times, and it still pulls. Maybe the blades aren't sharp enough. Makes for a miserable trim.

You're taking in a lot of milk, which I find to be pretty inflammatory and filling. Maybe skip the mid-morning snack or try substituting that for some jerky, if you can't live without a snack.
I get the Oikos is a cheap way of getting protein, but it's crap. Stick to eating whole foods.

Who have they beat that’s “great?” They beat some ranked teams this year, but none of their opponents have been well-rounded teams.
