re: Whoop

I switched to Whoop from my Apple Watch SE3 for a few reasons:

VO2 Max capability
No EMF's
No screen to worry about
Better battery life
Overall, better fitness tracker options & I enjoy the insights

I do still wear my Apple Watch on runs so that I can utilize Spotify without having to bring my phone along with me. Not being able to utilize Spotify and having to pay about $250 a year is probably the downsides of Whoop for me.

Are you in BR? Looking to have the same size job done on mine.

Looking for recommendations/ pricing.

My second home. It's not that small. Everything is pretty spread out, so it's nice to not feel like you're working out on top of one another.

I'm in the early morning crowd, and everyone is very pleasant.
Anyone else still holding? It had a nice ride up to $13+ in early June.

Considering taking my profits and moving to SOUN to average down.

Man, I was really looking forward to this fight next weekend.

328 is stacked…just sucks to wait even longer.
This is a BMF card. This has been fun AF.

Man, I hear ya. With you 100% on this. I have an employee that eats almonds every day at 12:15. It's like he's chewing on rocks. I typically save any errand to run during this time...or throw my Airpods in, because...

This.

^^ Is insanely good. It tastes like how ice cream tasted when I was a kid...before all the crap.

What'd I miss here?
I've bought all the way down from $15. It's getting tough to continue buying the dips, but man...I really want to get my average lower.

I've seen some people call for a gap fill in the mid 5's. :dunno:
I just switched to Pure Encapsulations from NOW.

You definitely get more bang for your buck with NOW, but I've gotten more strict on supplement ingredients. There's no reason to have Maltodextrin in the ingredients.
Ice Cream for Bears

No gums and no "natural flavors." Cleanest ice cream out there...probably healthier than most people's breakfast meals.

re: Creatine with Creapure

Honestly, I have no idea. I've just heard to be skeptical of Amazon's supplements. I purchase my creatine, magnesium, boron, D3/K2 all from Amazon.

The prices from the manufacturers seem to all be in line with what I'm paying on Amazon, so I'll just start buying direct.
My signup bonuses lasted me a while. I was placing small bets a pretty good bit, but recently went all in and lost. Wasn't a big deal because it was all promotional bonus bets.

I decided to quit just to see the effects it has on me watching sports, and man...it's totally screwed with my love for sports. I loved college basketball, and could watch any teams play and just enjoy it. Same for MMA. Sports betting put a different spin on things and I was enjoying the additional dopamine hit I was getting.

Maybe I'll get back into it at some point. I don't place large bets, but it make for some entertainment...it also robs the entertainment of just enjoying the pure sport. I guess it's like everything else in society...looking for additional dopamine hits.

Others will tell you this also. Steer clear of supplements on Amazon.

Is this accurate?
Genuinely asking.

This is the second time I've heard it this week. I think it has to do with undisclosed ingredients or mislabeling. I just bought Momentus Creatine from Amazon a few days ago. Might be the last time I order my supplements from Amazon...which sucks, because it's so convenient.
Ingredients:

Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour,niacin,reduced iron,thiamine mononitrate,riboflavin,folic acid),Protein Blend (vital wheat gluten,pea protein,rice protein),Chicory Root Fiber,Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (unsweetened chocolate,sugar,cocoa butter,dextrose,natural vanilla extract),Cane Sugar,Invert Sugar,Vegetable Glycerine,Palm Fruit Oil,Sunflower Lecithin,Natural Flavor,Baking Soda,Salt,Xanthan Gum,Guar Gum

That's a lot of crap. I really try stocking to 3-5 ingredients max. But 90% of what I eat is whole food/ animal based.

don’t have time to cook my eggs for breakfast.

6 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
Salt/ Pepper to taste
*Spinach if you want

Mix all into muffin tin & bake 20 minutes @ 350
Macros: 95 cal/ 9g protein...6g fat/ 2g carbs

Make 12 of Sunday, grab 2 each morning all wee. Greek yogurt makes them fluffy & adds bonus protein. Mini protein bombs.

Easy and cheap.
