Failure to meet this standard shall permit the University to terminate this Agreement for cause with no further obligation beyond the current contract year. Or modify the W/L to LSU standards or add a Natty

Good point NIL and Portal are a business transaction and the leverage for the transaction needs be an even split between player and coach. Money should be put in a trust or escrow and dispersed after graduation. Money changes people and attitudes. Good/bad/ugly.
