With the workout, I think she's pretty significantly under maintenance. Correct me if I'm wrong

Yea the 5-6 meals a day is not happening. Typically small breakfast, small lunch, bigger dinner (typically over 500 calories). I don't know if she is organized enough to do the 5 small meal thing  As far as what she's eating, it's really not bad. Definitely not McDonalds. I mean we eat spaghetti squash instead of noodles lol. Lots of fruit, veggies, chicken, turkey meatballs, lean ground beef is probably the worst thing that we eat on a decently regular basis.

I'm guessing she'll probably get results in the next couple weeks just needs to get over that threshold

I agree. The only thing I can think is that her body composition is improved but she is getting frustrated and saying that clothes fit the same and she's not noticing anything. Which I understand especially with busting arse on Insanity for 3 weeks

Diet/weight loss scenario

Posted by lsumma09 on 10/14/13 at 6:30 pm
Female, 26 years old, 118 pounds. She has been doing the Insanity workout program and religously counting calories for 3 weeks, yet has not seen any weight loss. She averages about 1400 calories a day. Is it just an improvement in body composition with added muscle which is slowing the weight loss? I thought for sure she would be losing weight by now especially with the 1400 or less calories daily. Advice/tips are welcome

5. Eddie Ludwig will be a great role player and is probably the most fundamental player on the team.

da frick? dude must be 100% improved from last season

This is generally the opinion of somebody that didn't really watch the team last year. Eddie does very good things when he gets in. It's not always about points and great athleticism.
He will especially not have a lot of pressure since Barrett Bailey will be starting over him

I do not know Cody perrsonally at all. However I did go to a lot of fall practice in 08 and said he was one of the best hitters of the FR that year and didn't know why he got cut. Below is the thread where I say he can flat out hit and you say he sucks.

Are you gonna man up and eat crow on this one?

I've been to several of the intersquads and here is how i see it: There are 8 guys returning who will start Gibbs, Ochinko, Schimpf, DJ, Helenihi, Dean, Landry, Mitchell. So 1 spot is open. If we need offense Cody Reine can flat out swing it.
I don't want to toot my own horn... well nevermind yea i do. The above quote was from when Reine was in fall practice a couple years ago. I never understood why he got cut but he was one of the best hitters that fall.

the dude can really hit. He was one of the best hitting FR during the fall of the year he got cut. Wished things could have worked out and kept him here.

As far as person to person interaction I think GSP is pretty classy but I can see how people might get rubbed the wrong way by some of these things

I wouldnt go with Hughes as the example of classy. And I don't think GSP intentionally kicked him.
