The fact they had the wrong guy doesn't make the arrest illegal. It's all about what the officers believe, and they can believe anything.
It would have been cleared up later, probably on the way downtown.
Never resist arrest. If they are going to frick you up, .make sure your case for suing them into oblivion is solid.

I think that's the premise of the thread: that there's an age where they feel the same before they come out.
But in my experience, it's more related to medications and/or surgeries, which also comes with age. But there are certain meds that totally frick with your digestive senses.
My dad is 79 and he will let one rip without batting an eye.
My friend is only 37 but is on multiple meds and he tells me he has to carry a change of clothes with him.
