Unless I’m completely lost, which is possible, there is a lawsuit going on involving a Rutgers football player trying to bust the 5 year limit. I think the case is only about that. Saw it last week I think on MSB. A decision on that is imminent if hasn’t happened already. I’m sure athletes from all sports will latch on to that if successful.

Either Will Clark or Rafael Palmero hit one straight away CF that landed on Nicholson Dr. Ball was still on incline when crossed CF fence.

Anyone know how this course is these days? Played it 25+ years ago a couple times and really enjoyed layout, condition, etc.
re: Paxton Kling...He is batting .348 with 11 HR and 36 RBI.

Regardless of who the fouls have been called on the refs have decided to inject themselves into this game. 5 fouls total in 1st half and 18 and counting in 2nd half. I don’t think 2nd half is anymore physical than the 1st was.

re: Never thought I would see any coach let a guy throw 135 pitches!

Yes, seemed like he threw every game. For some reason think it was year OM won CWS.
But high pitch counts makes me think of the I think super against Houston where Hou guy threw 90-100 in game one and then did it again in game 3 to advance. Only other thing I remember from that series is LSU starter in game 3 guaranteed a win and didn’t make it out of the first inning.

Check out TruDave gear. Plenty of options and cheap. Have a pair of the shoes for the yard.
re: Anyone else miss Billy Packer this time of year?

In the late 90s or early 00s Richard Condon had a daytime sports talk show. He would get some great interviews on air. Condon had this way of asking questions during an interview that was very frustrating. He would ask the question then follow it up with further dialogue/depth on the question and then finally ask the guest the question. Took way too much time to get the question out. He had Packer on I think around the start of MM. Condon starts asking Packer questions and gets answers. One maybe the 3rd question Condon is in the middle of his spill and Packer cuts him off with something along the lines of "Can you get to the question already! Jesus". Caught Condon off guard. Was pretty damn funny. Have tried to find the interview online but no luck.

Good question. Unless you are the owner of the business someone else can call the shots. In this case BOS>Pres>AD

He was a yes man to his superiors and not capable of leading
Herman was never coming here. That was a money play by Herman camp. Jimbo was never coming here BOS was split. (Great on both falling this way). His choices were promote O or hire Larry Fedora away from UNC.
Was @ a dinner he was @ one time and happened to be sitting next to him. Asked him about the chances of the Kristian Fulton drug suspension get reversed and said not a chance it will happen. More was said but don’t remember details. Less than a year later he is penning a letter to the NCAA to reverse the suspension. Somebody else came up with that not a chance it was him.

First thing that comes to mind is a story a coworker told me back in the early 2000s. While he was a college student in the 80s there was a girl he had a crush on that he kept asking out on a date but she always had something else to do or just wouldn't go. Finally after many attempts she said yes. The day of the date comes and he has a stomach virus of some sort and feels terrible. He wants to cancel because of it but he's worried he won't get another chance. So he decides to tough it out. He picks her up and they go to a local bar/restaurant. He starts feeling pretty bad at the restaurant so tells her he needs to take her home because he's not feeling well. On the way home it hits him like a ton of bricks and he's about to shite himself. He is almost to her apt/house and he can't take it anymore and pulls over at an old gas station that is closed for the night. He hurries around the back of the gas station but doesn't make it. He shits his pants, down his socks and on his shoes. Luckily, there is a water hose on the back of the station and he uses it to clean up. The only thing salvageable of his wardrobe is his shirt (short sleeve polo type) and shoes. The only thing he can think to do is wear the shirt like shorts - legs through arm holes. So he puts the shirt and his shoes on and walks around the store and gets in the car. Doesn't say anything to the girl and just drives the girl home which luckily was a very short distance. When he drops her off again nothing is said and they never talk again. He was a good ole country boy that had you in stitches telling this story. Unfortunately, he left us too early in life.

Have had 2. First one did the liquid. Bottle night before wasn’t bad. Bottle morning of @ 3:30 was terrible for some reason but got it down. Found polyps so on 3-year plan now. Did pills for the 2nd one and other than consuming a bunch of large pills and water in a short period of time it wasn’t bad. If do go the pill route ask Dr for a coupon for the pills. They were $60-70 with coupon and $200 without.

OT lawyers how are they getting these numbers when the employee is limited to what Workers Comp pays? Or is there a way to remove workers comp from the matter? Or is all of that just part of the appeal?
Understand that future medical and wages are part of workers comp.
