Regarding Project Hail Mary, Weir admitted he doesn't have any ideas that are "strong enough to run with yet," which is why he's focused on his current standalone sci-fi novel. He does have "bits and pieces of good ideas for sequels," but it's not far enough along for him to feel like he can properly write a second installment. He's hopeful that, with time, he'll land on a solid story idea. If there's going to be a sequel at some point, "I want it to be good."

I watched a YouTube video last night with Gosling, Weir, Lord and Miller and Weir said that it's not explained in the book or movie, but he has an explanation and is holding onto it for a possible sequel.

I'm sure this would make the gains when you sell taxable, which currently have an exclusion of up $500,000 for a married couple.

My favorite King book.
I've been waiting for it to pop back up on streaming so I'm going to give it a re-watch soon. I watched the show before reading the book and I remember enjoying it, but I know there were a lot of changes made in the adaptation that I didn't like after reading the book.

I just think it’s too much of a coincidence that Doom is introduced stealing the Fantastic 4 baby. Then in the Steve Rogers clip he’s holding a baby. Now Thor is a dad and they show his kid.
