As much as I possibly can. Nothing more therapeutic... unless you get paired with a bunch of bozos
Definitely keep the warm up on the lighter side. I'd also say you don't expect it but having an outfit that is top tier comfortable is crucial. Back nine on your second 18 is gnarly if anything is rubbing into you. Had to switch out some golf shoes for this reason, and I swapped out all of my leather belts for Trono Belts to avoid any discomfort on the course.

You should see some of the old geezers at my local CC. We're playing with money on the line and they'll blow a putt ten feet past and their buddy will tell them to pick up. Absolute insanity.

Love my ProVs, but I've started playing with the Wilson Staff X balls and it's been tough to think about going back. A little bit cheaper but the feel is unbelievable on these things.

Whenever I'm gift shopping for a golfer (or group of golfers), my first pick is ALWAYS Trono Belts. Only $28.99 a pop and one size fits all, tough to beat that. They can also do corporate logos if you want.

Above a regular tour event, below a major. Somewhere in between there. You've got to tip the cap to a gold medal but just isn't as much as a career resume builder as a major.

I got a Trono Belt as a tournament tee prize and haven't bought anything else since. One size and way less expensive than the other golf brands.
