Reading the details, and it’s evident there’s a lot of small town justice sand politicking going on behind the scenes. Both judges should be embarrassed they didn’t recuse themselves.
One judge is a distant cousin of her ex-husband, goes hunting with him, and is also his insurance agent. The other judge is also presiding over the child custody case between mayor and her ex.
Both judges have been in direct contact with the ex-husband concerning both the child custody case and the mayor’s sex case.
The entire town is probably on the husband’s side, it’s no surprise the judges are as well. However, that’s even more of a reason to recuse themselves.
I thought civil and criminal cases would be different? I'm no lawyer but that's just my understanding
the ex husband has zero involvement or connection to her criminal activities

Does anyone really want to see teams just line up and do this in every short yardage situation because limited rosters don’t allow you to prepare for every anomaly out there? Or is it just muhhh more offense?

re: Anyone ever set up payment plans with the IRS to pay taxes?

Send what you can with your 2024 balance due, you'll get a letter in a month or so with them saying essentially "we've received your payment and you still have a balance due of "X" to set up a payment plan call this number"

25%, maybe, I'm not even sure myself what I think needs to happen...I know we don't need to be getting railed like we were on the tariff end of things..but that doesn't necessarly mean going all in is the best play either.

Just doing a bit of research (yes I know the volitility is number 1 currently) but with everyone saying how over inlfated the market and indexes were for the last year..it's really a value buy at this point. Am I missing something besides the obvious geopolitical stuff?

Precisely, it's like just being consistent is too hard for these idiots to figure out
4 fouls in the first half, refs totally ruined a fun game by making it Corporate

You cannot tell me the same group of refs all of a sudden thought the fouls were just more clear to the tune of 25 more in one half.
That reeks of outside influence.
