NOLA brought everything on themselves. They elect a woman twice who cratered the city finances to the point of having to take drastic measures just to pay city workers.

This is a common issue for public libraries that are located in downtown areas. I see it anytime I have to go to downtown Houston, San Antonio or other places for work trips.
A lot of the NGOs, Church of Ralph type folks and others set up shop within a few blocks, so anybody from that city or surrounding area will go hang out there b/c hey, there's air conditioning in the library and we can go watch movies and youtube videos on public access computers. And they can't be told to leave unless they actually start loudly cussing somebody out, assault someone, etc., because the 4 cubs of the world and the mostly lib-leaning staff members respond: It's a public library!

One of the bigger issues I recall him focusing on was "Earmarks" within bills.
That tells you how boring and designed to fail his campaign was. As if people are gonna be at home talking about earmarks after a debate.
Trump actually introduced the ability to address topics in a funny and snarky way on a debate stage....obviously something the GOPe despises. They would rather keep trotting out the McCains and Jeb! and taking a noble pounding from Hillary, Obama....

I'm in a city-owned building next to my work offices.
A female fatiguer started ranting at one of the building staff members and saying: "What the F are you gonna do?"
Instead of immediately getting security to deal with it, they allowed her to just wander around and wander off.
I guarantee if I did the exact same thing, forms would be filled out and I would have been temporarily or permanently banned from entering the facility.

IMO, the solution is to cut off the incentives for adults to come here and have these babies.
