I'm not saying this is all cases, but a lot of little girls watch these games. If a guy's 8 or 9-year-old daughter wants to go to those games, he's going to be there to make sure she doesn't run into any issues.

I don't care about her suspension or not. It's the full-court press of announcers during the game and people with ESPN acting like the guy in the stands did something wrong. The announcers in the video were like: "Indiana has a history of this -- the verbal stuff. Then they throw in: "We don't know what was said."
They make up shite that was not said...they put it out there that the player was on the court the whole time, etc.

Bullshite. She was 3 feet away from the guy who pointed at her -- she walked way out of bounds off the court.

I don't shop at Walmart a ton, but I went a couple of times in the last two weeks to pick up snacks, a USB cable, etc. -- the in store experience was totally normal.
It was early in the morning at like 8 am on the way to work. Maybe that was the difference maker compared to being there on a Friday night or weekend.

Going to try and look at it positively. The Phillies have not seen Kerr as much as the other Braves long-term starters and relievers. He has been pitching well and I haven't seen anything about his demeanor on the mound that says he will get emotionally overwhelmed.

Looking at what Casey Mize or any of these other guys have done since the deadline -- IMO it's a toss-up on what any of them are going to do in a Game 3 or Game 7 to end a series.
I don't feel any worse about Kerr/Grant Holmes than I would about any of the other names that were floated around. Robbie Ray has a 5.02 ERA with SD since the deadline.

Titans' QB Cam Ward says his family is receiving threats from people....
I guess it's possible, but it seems like this has become a frequent go-to when someone is struggling or a player/league gets a big PR black eye for doing something dumb.
A day or two later, we start hearing how people are making threats against Cam Ward or the WNBA players, etc.

No matter what is being filed in court, there has been a total attitude from the defense attorney, media and random women that this guy.....'needs to explain himself'

So the announcers go on a rant about the verbal stuff from Indiana fans and how they have a history of this.....and then they throw in at the end:

I think this was one of those deals where the closer being in there and throwing 100 actually helped Riley. He had no choice but to try and go back up the middle or to right center.
If it's a guy throwing 93-95, Riley will try to pull damn near everything at times. If the velocity gets too high, he actually comes up with a better plan of trying to go middle/away.

Threw him a 99-mph 4-seamer up and out of the zone on a 2-2 count and got him to offer at it. IMO, it wasn't a bad pitch. That gets a lot of foul backs or swing and miss.

I like it. He is one of their best guys with runners on base and not trying to kill the ball when all they need is a sac fly, move a runner over, etc.
IMO, he needs as many ABs as possible behind the top 3 .
I don't mind Yaz being in there every day vs. a lefty or righty. He's a veteran who won't make dumb mistakes as a baserunner and he will put up competitive at-bats in the lower third of the order.
It really is mind-boggling. I swear I wish I could have walked up on that stage and yelled: How the F do you think you got here? It wasn't a gay guy and his female bf in a lifetime friends pact.
It's easy to say the husband should have picked up on her being bat shite multiple personality crazy......but she seemed to do a realistic job of appearing normal when she was doing her "Minority woman voice within the Republicans" bit.
