The ENT will surgically remove the sarcoma, the surrounding tissue, and regional lymph nodes. ENTs are surgically trained for these procedures. The specimens are sent to a pathologist to determine if the resected edges are clean and if the regional lymph nodes are clean of cancer cells. A radiologist will probably do PET scan to determine distal metastasis. Then the oncologist will take all the information to stage the cancer. Based on the staging, a treatment plan can be developed. It's a cascade on medical professionals, you can't just skip directly to an oncologist

All of this. You have to cut it out first. Oncologists don’t do surgery. Trust the process. The doctor knows what he’s talking about. And 3 weeks is really not that long to get into a specialist. That 3 weeks will not make a difference. If the ENT thinks it warrants an emergency, they will do surgery ASAP.
Y’all need to try out the new Marco’s pizza that just opened on Burbanks. It’s delicious. There’s a 50% off coupon on the website right now.
You have to pay for that service

Marks no longer open on Saturdays anymore and that was our best day to get our vehicles worked on. There’s a place on Florida called Turbo Auto care and the guy there reminds me of a younger Mark. Hustles and does a very good job. Open on Saturdays also which is a plus.
And that place is killing it! Wouldn’t be surprised if they expand soon. The place was crowded as can be and everyone’s food was incredible. Our waiter was just as good. We all felt it was even better than the last few times we ate there (several of us hadn’t been since before they were bought out). Thinking whoever started that thread had a vendetta against them. Definitely will be going back soon.

I don't understand how having multiple Zea is more successful then having one Semolina location. Zea is fine but most locations are never packed and it's fairly generic. Semolina was unique and better than Zea.

Absolutely agree!
Because pasta got a bad rap (remember “sugarbusters” and people started avoiding it like the plague. People realize now it’s not just the pasta that makes you fat. Everything in moderation.
I didn’t find out about that place until it was too late. Several other people I talked to hadn’t ever heard of it either. Wish I’d of known.
Although I appreciate the cookbook, it’s just not the same. I want to go back and sit in one of their bright, colorful restaurants and be able to choose from so many delicious meals. Do I want Pad Thai, Shrimp Roban or Macaroni and cheesecake? So many choices. Also want to be able to look around and see all the big paper mache pasta noodles hanging from the ceiling. I miss that place and wish it would come back. I know if they opened just one restaurant it would stay so busy.
It would do so well! Everyone got on an anti-pasta kick for a while but it needs to come back! Everyone I speak to agrees when we talk about it.

Do yourself a favor and try it if you haven’t yet.
Many thanks to you so much sir. Really appreciate it. I will pass this on to him.

Here is what an attorney would do for him - He blew over the limit, but not by much, so the first thing you do is ask to plead to something less than a DWI such as a traffic violation (ROMV) or ask to be put on diversion. If he has a clean record and his offense was not particularly egregious, sometimes the DA will agree to that. If not, the 894 is usually the next best option. If it gets more complicated than that, ask for a continuance and get a lawyer. Of course, the attorney can scrutinize the facts to see if you have a legitimate defense. This is rare, but not unheard-of. I am not telling you not to get a lawyer because it is better to have one, but that is what you can look for.

See? This is why I came here. Thank you so much for this. I knew I could count on y’all. Really appreciate the suggestions.
If you want to fight the charge (and I certainly would), then get a lawyer who really specializes in DUI. This is not a lawyer who'll look at your case and tell you, "I think I can get you the first-time offender deal." That's bogus. You want a guy who's going to challenge every aspect of the prosecution's case, from jurisdiction to probable cause and even the accuracy of the relevant calibration certificates. If that doesn't work, he'll just run the clock down until one of the witnesses relocates out-of-state or something.

Can you suggest some names in the BR/Prairieville area?
Thank you for all of this info. and replies. I do agree that this was a very selfish and stupid act on his part. This wasn’t me, though even if it was I would have come here first for your advice. I’m just trying to help someone out with bc they are young. He knows he was wrong and says he is learning his lesson. Looks like I am going to tell him to get an attorney which sounds like the majority of people agree with.
Always get pretty good advice on here so I thought I’d ask. Someone I know (no, it’s not me) got one recently and I told them I would ask on here. He blew a .11 and it was a first offense. Was told by someone that you don’t need an attorney if you request the pre-trial intervention within 15 days. True or not? Also was told to go and file for Article 894 and that he didn’t need one for that either. Just curious if anyone else took one of these routes without using an attorney. He really doesn’t know whether it’s imperative to hire one since it’s the first one. Any advice would be grateful.
It’s been back for a couple of months. Saw it mentioned twice tonight and people must not seem to know. It’s just as good as it’s always been.
Wish we still had mellow mushroom. They had the best pizza.
It’s ok Dudley. We were just saying you were going all in for black history month.
