I’m holding out for Weird Al to get his shot.
Meltiest fan base ever.

***I don’t have many postsr
Pete Thamel, Tess(would rather hear Beth Mowins), Jim Dunaway, Drew DiArmand or however you spells that fvck’s name
Too lazy to read 5 pages, sure it has been covered, but I’ll likely restate.

The current champ doesn’t GAF about the past. No different than it taking UGA XX years to win another natty, you won recently so who gives a shite. Slice it, dice it, make an effing PowerPoint chart. They won this year and you didn’t.

Well, LA is basically in a place that produces skill position players, not sure why this is a big deal.

Reply not directed at OP or anyone for that matter.

The sooner we all understand that money will forever drive change, the sooner we accept it.

It isn’t supposed to be equitable, it is supposed to make money. More playoff games is just that. The SEC dominated the smaller formats, now it’s more open. Not because the PTB want it to be fair, but another all SEC final isn’t going to make as much if more people like this year are interested.

Not sure if I’m a boomer, but it’s about profit and that’s all. Tradition is great and all but shite changes. Suck it up buttercups.
Man, LSU fans can teach a master class in Brian Kelly defense. This is awesome
I’d bet that people in the 70s bitched the same about scholarship limits. The bigger schools were hoarding players to keep them from playing for other teams. They won, everyone ate it up.

Then it became about how you could bend the rules and pay under the table. So the next generation’s greats dominated with that.

Now they are trying to figure out how to cheat this new NIL/TP system, give it time and the big boys will find a way to ensure they win more.

If you aren’t cheating, you aren’t winning.

**disclaimer: I don’t have a lot of posts, but welcome any bitch to complain about it**

Based on field results, Florida

Based on talent coming in and continuing to trend that way, Auburn

How many posts does it take? Ever heard of a lurker that might have been here before you graduated from high school?

Whether you like it or not, the Bama fanbase is doing more now to look like inferior schools than ever before.

How many posts does you have?
New CFB we are in.

He can’t cherry pick like Saban based on greatness, or even results. No one wants to play for a school anymore, they want the $$.

The question is whether or not he can make it happen in the SEC when 75% of the conference is falling over themselves to win versus the 25% he is used to. It means more to more schools. How we he handle this fight? It has been a year, so no way to know.

IMO, Bama won’t be successful unless their HC is driving all of it. I don’t see him as that guy but he could develop to that I guess.

Not at all, but I have seen more of it from Bama than I’m used to seeing.

The stats are very impressive actually, what’s more impressive is that fans have the time to put this stuff together between World of Warcraft or DND sessions.

This seems like something fans from a “lower” class team would point out.

“Don’t worry about what our program is doing today, look at all of the badasses our previous coach is responsible for!”

I think we can use A&M like a juco.

Very majestic, but he’s looking down his receiver there.

What if?

I’m sure this has been covered, so read this with a German accent, but let’s say we continue towards NCAA being NFL minor leagues.

Imagine a scenario where players like Tebow or Pavia or whoever can keep playing CFB, or test the waters in the pros and transfer portal back to college?

Put some limits on how many NFL transfers, etc but make it a true farm system like baseball. I’d also like to see trades with teams. Say you are stocked at QB, but need to trade for a RB.

Go all in pro ball or fix the current NIL/portal situation.
I’m sorry that you don’t get it, but carry on with GIFs and stats. He isn’t to everyone else what you see him as, that’s okay.
I’m nowhere near the “greats” around here but I’ll take the compliment!
If you have to ask, then they aren’t in “that” category, spitting out stats makes it even worse.
