Eventually the accountability has to fall on the head coach that never addressed #4's play. It is what it is. 8 wins with a 1st year qb next year will be a win, I guess.

...Bad losses with far less talent... don't sugar coat this coach's ineptness. We saw it all year. He looked like a deer in the headlights often. Mediocrity sucks.

Fact is that if CNS was at the helm, there is no way we miss the playoffs. F me for not wanting to experience mediocrity. It doesn't get easier from here.

...just beat a depleted OKla team and we would've been able to participate... beating Michigan proves nothing. Winning the GA game means nothing after pissing the playoffs down our leg with losses to Vandy, tennerC, and OKla.

The Bammers are crowing... you got 40 hung on you by vandy and couldn't score but a 3 spot on oklahoma... shut the frick up and go play in the "Who Gives a F" Bowl and Milroe can run wild on BYU or some other insignificant school. Saban is gone. Settle in for mediocrity in Tuscaloosa with Kalen Dubose and that joke of D coordinator

Preach it! Some on here don't want to see the truth you're speaking. Kalen Dubose looks like a deer in the headlights. His lifetime OC, Grubb, opted out after a day on the staff and De-bum has looked lost all year. We're so lucky we held on and beat uga

Yeah... but he can coach. Dubose doesn't have his lifelong playcaller Grubb with him anymore. Lean times ahead for the Tide.

...we didn't lose to "cupcakes" per say... we lost 3 conference games... get over it. Saban is gone and we can't even make a 12 team playoff... you can blame it on schedules or NIL or portal transfers, but I'm blaming it on the inconsistent coaching that results in the inconsistent play of a roster full of 5 stars

You can thank Kalen Dubose and Wommack for not having the defense ready to play vandy... they hung 40 on the Tide... one point for every year since they last beat us. Gone are the days of dominance. Settle in for mediocrity. 9-3 and 8-4 aren't that bad.

...but Vandy dropped a 40 sot on us... f'n Vandy... that has NEVER happened. That isn't the result of parity, it's the result of lack of attention to detail by the staff and players. I give the coaches some leeway to acclimate to the SEC and the standard we have here, but the money these players are getting is surely diverting their focus. This is where true coaches will excel. We just have to hope these coa he's are up to the task.
