The Mississippi delta, yes. Oxford, not so much. You seem phenomenal at spending other people’s money. He might leave Ole Miss, but he’s not going to that delusional fan base. Tuesdays gone with the wind jorts!

For years, all I read on here is how Kiffin is not a great coach and now the entire SEC is having a circle J over him. The traditional blue bloods can’t wrap their heads around this changing landscape. Parity is here to stay now that we don’t have to launder money to pay players. Just because you won before, doesn’t mean you’ll always win.
Not true, The offense struggled to sustain drives. Go look at our defensive numbers and you’ll see. We also had OL injuries for both of those games. The OL appears to be the healthiest it’s been all year. The rebels are just now finding their groove as a team. Rebs by 2 touchdowns or more.

He’s not going anywhere either. Have you seen his buyout? It starts north of 60 million and decreases by about 8 million per year. Unfortunately LSU is stuck with him for at least 3 years.
He makes 10 million with incentives. OM will pay him whatever they have to. If he leaves, it won’t be because of money. Florida is not the job it once was. Things have changed and some of the old powers have yet to recognize it. It’s an NIL game and anyone can win with the right resources.
In this new landscape, just because you won before doesn’t mean you’ll win now and just because you didn’t win before doesn’t mean you can’t win now. Kiffin may leave, but it’s not as clear cut as you think. Ole miss has their sh!t together better than Florida. He has complete autonomy at Ole Miss. I doubt Florida can do the same. He also has already bolted once and he’s stated he regrets that decision. There’s a better chance he stays than you think from “30 thousand feet”.
He uses a private jet whenever and wherever he wants. Lane has full autonomy at Ole Miss. There’s only 3 or 4 college jobs he would take. He’s already a top 10 paid coach. If he leaves it will probably be an NFL job.
He’s already a phenomenal coach at Ole Miss. Ole Miss is 3rd in the SEC since the Covid year and currently a top 10 program. He’s also the 3rd most tenured coach in the conference. He’s making top 10 money and can run the program however he chooses without having to put on the dog and pony show like most other schools. He doesn’t have to kiss everyone’s arse like most SEC schools. This is not the same Joey freshwater Kiffin you all remember. He’s building a national contender in Oxford and everyone in the SEC needs to realize things have changed. You have to stop acting like it’s the 90s or early 2000s. Kiffin is ahead of the curb. BTW, I’m not naive enough to think he won’t leave eventually , but there’s only a handful of jobs he would leave for now. It’s time to acknowledge the rebels have a seat at the table and living in the past is the reason programs like Auburn, Florida, A&M etc are being left behind. With the way things have changed with NIL and the transfer portal, just because you won in the past doesn’t mean you’ll win now and just because you haven’t won in the past, doesn’t mean you can’t win now. It seems as if many on this board have a hard time dealing with reality.
