I'm sure if it was a blatant sandbagging job that clubs Member-guest committee would have done something about it! My guess is that his handicap is legit and he played well! If there was any significant money involved then I'm sure protest would have been very loud by other teams! Come down to McAllen Country Club where the Calcutta averages 125-150 thousand and see what we do to sandbaggers...

Da boy from St Martinville is going to get in a pissing match with the Super Agent from New Iberia....my money is on the Super Agent ! The top 5 people on the LSU wish list is represented by CAA/Super Agent . If LSU doesn't go with one of his clients, then he will leverage LSU to get his clients pay increase and extensions that will be in millions of dollars for each coach. He will send Jeff a XMAS card!

He represents every coach that LSU has on their wish list! Probably gonna just broker better deals out of the schools where they are coaching now and send Jeff a XMAS card!

The Boardroom will open at 4 pm on 10/24. It's where Ninety 9 Bistro was. It's got a great looking interior with an appeal to hunters (lots of stuffed animals and birds). They will serve good food, great drinks and a great atmosphere. It's also across from Palmyre so that lil block will be hopping !

If you have Facebook you can see Davis's father Billy doing their social media reels. Quite funny and yes, the burgers and cookies are very good! Facebook page is Gingerbread Twins. Davis's father is also a +1 handicap.

Drive Pitch and Putt Regional Qualifiers

Yesterday at Fields Ranch in Frisco Tx, the qualifier to see who goes to the Masters was held. Lafayette area had 2 young men who had strong showings. Greer Rowell from Broussard WON the 7-9 division and is headed to Augusta in April. Davis Guilbeau from the "Twins Family" "Ya Understanddd" finished 6th in the 10-11 age group. If not for 1 drive being out of grid and one short chip Davis would have blown away everyone in his age group. Congratulations to these young guys for a job well done and competing on a major stage. Greer Best of Luck in April...you got Tiger Droppings and Cajun Country behind ya!

McAllen Country Club in McAllen, Tx starts each year with the Ano Nuevo tournament played 3 weekend of Jan. 9 hole BB-9hole Alt Shot-9hole Scramble...54 holes of fun and anxiety as Alt shot requires the player hitting the tee ball must put it in play,,if not then re-tee..can make for some quite moments with your partner.
