I make a crawfish stock ...5lbs of peeler heads from a peeling plant...boil with 2 gallons of water ..onions, celery and garlic ...1/2 cup of crab/crawfish boil powder...cook for 1hr then use my 1/2hp immersion blender and grind da shite out of it shells and all...then use fine mesh strainer to extract the best tasting stock for a great etouffee. I use crawfish puree from Teche Valley Seafood ..1 8oz tub for 2 lbs of tails which I only get from CJ's seafood (they have alot of fat in the tail meat best of anybody) ...then follow recipe they have on their package ....this is the recipe for the winning Etouffee at the Etouffee Cookoff in Eunice ! The stock make gallon and half of stock ...freeze it in 10 oz portions for future use.
No Alex doesn't get an invite to the Masters with this win!
You guys are missing the point in 2 years the PGA tour will look completely different from what it is this year. Start after Super Bowl with 22-24 tournaments not including the 4 majors ending with the Tour Championship in a Major City (not Atlanta) before the start of football season. 7 months !!! Lots of tournaments are going to get wacked... like the New Orleans event.

This year on Thursday 2 people from LAFAYETTE went to Masters on Daily Ticket that one of them had won in Lottery. Ticket winner went in at 7am and then traded out with his buddy at 1ish ... buddy went in and stayed till 6:45 ish.... when buddy was leaving and just yards beyond the entrance gates, he bent over and took his cell phone out of his sock. In plain view of a security guard. He was detained and was found to be in violation of the golden rule at Augusta National...NO CELL PHONES...Report was made and he was told that he was banned from Augusta National Property forever (his name was on lottery list too and that it will be removed). The Daily Ticket winner is also banned for ANGC Property too and his name removed from Lottery. They have rules and it applies to everyone! The Daily ticket winner is a well know person is the Lafayette Medical Community!

We all judge pork chops against Perry's Steakhouse which is really a high mark to achieve!

Ate at Charly G's for 2nd time in a month...man is that place overrated. this is my rating of our 2 visits. 5 Star Rating Scale
Gumbo- 3-star
Wedge Salad- 2-star (please use iceberg lettuce instead of bad romaine lettuce)
Crab cakes- 0-star (this was no bueno)
Moroccan spice Yellow fin Tuna- 2-star (fish has to be star of dish it isn't)
Pasta of Day- 4-Star
Pan seared Black Drum with kale and sweet potato puree 2-Starr (again fish is the star, and they kill fish with too much unnecessary flavors)
Lucky we are traveling to NO this week to eat at GW Fins (this week they have dry aged Blue Fin tuna) and in 2 weeks will Dine at Halls Chophouse in Charleston SC ..Lafayette Dinning Scene is weak except for Poseidon's, Cugino, Mazen Grill and Sydnie Mae.

Your price per bottle is on the very low side! More like 1000,2500,2500 and 1300 !
Aberg will have a long session with Dr Rotella and he will get him straighten out in time for Augusta!
Gooner- It only took you 3 posts to show that you're an idiot. Congratulations on a fine achievement!
He's got a booming law practice that goes on without his day-to-day presence!
He's not aging well. Has shown signs of what most of us fear will afflict us in old age....being robbed of our mind and our body failing us. He's a good man that has helped a lot of kids achieve their dream of a college education.

Park Bistro and Cyguno are your best bets!
Last 26 yrs I've spent Masters week in Augusta ...will do again this yr and dam if I didn't win lotto for 2 on Wednesday....trying to narrow down which customers get invite...always pissed off people...
They pulled over 500 badges during the week! I talked with some who got interrogated and lost official badge and were given daily tickets to stay on property. My Hospitality company I have used in the pass had 30 pulled but his client's got to stay on property with a daily pass! Remember now that Maps and Flags is official Hospitality Company of the Masters. These 500 badges probably going to Maps and Flags badge pool!
Yea but do you know the real story of the Palm Tree? The one involving Bubba, Torsi, Webb Simpson and Zack Johnson? Nobody got booted they had the official badges taken away and were given daily passes to stay on property. Just didn't have the Official Badges to return to the hospitality company or broker at end of days play!
Stop and play Mystic Creek in Eldorado ....2nd best course in the State of AK
Yea when u find the Palm tree call me on your cell phone and tell me what hole you found it on! This year the prices in the secondary market are up about 30-40%. Last year's crackdown has Patrons leery of selling to brokers or hospitality companies.
