The manipulated bottom is in. Fundamental issues are starting to arise in the economy, though. They won’t likely appear in the market until much later. They may never appear because President Trump really cares about the stock market, probably more than any other president. Although that has not been evidence in the first 100 days.

It’s certainly not fact. It was cynical contrarian opinion. Not even mine. I had to lookup latchkey because I had never heard of that term until that post. It was just meant to rile people up. Given the negative votes, it was successful.

They were the first latchkey kids. It had a significant impact and many never learned how to be a parent because theirs were absent and it stunted their emotional growth. No surprise that Gen Xers’ children became the entitled generation.

Look on eBay for a Clicgear. You can find a good one for $175. It does not have to be a 4.0, but you should get a used Clicgear with that budget range.

The world is full of family friendly restaurants with much better food. Victoria Secret switched their model to be more inclusive, sales plummeted and the brand was basically ruined. This will end in the same way for Hooters.

Last mall I went to in San Jose/Santa Clara on Stevens Creek Road was very nice. Lots of security and lots of decent stores. Proof that if you have quality stores and security people will come. Metairie mall is not bad.
