Correct. And five weeks from the onset of symptoms to brain surgery for a 22-year-old guy is actually pretty fast. No medical staff in that scenario is going to go directly from complaints of a headache to scanning you for a brain tumor. Could it have been caught sooner? Maybe. Would that have meaningfully changed the outcome? Almost certainly, no.

LSU traveled to Starkville that day to play Miss. State on the 16th. They would have returned home that night. He was at the hospital the next day.
