Each team had all 22 players in the batting order; so, everyone plsyed.

FYI.
If they are simply "college kids," they would not be getting paid the big bucks.
If they signed a contract, they should be expected to live up to the contracts. Why have buy out clauses if they mean nothing?
I am happy for the athletes who get paid; however, they need to realize they are really professionals when they sign the contracts.

Four or five of those players hardly ever played. They may have felt like they may never get considerable playing time. I don't know why three starting players left and hate to see those go because they contributed tremendously. We evidently have a talented freshman class coming in. Hopefully, some of those are ready to contribute immediately. An outfielder from Notre Dame is coming through the transfer portal. Her stats look very good. There may be more coming through the transfer portal.
That positive momentum may attract other top players if their price tags are not too expensive.
Probably not enough carries to get rated higher. YPC definitely looks GOOD!
You indicate 9 players are leaving, and you list 7 players in your rant. You name Tori Edwards and Jayden Heavener in your subject. Does that mean you know those are the other two, or are you implying they may be the other two?
Go find a coach who has won 2 national chapionships in his first 4 years at a
college.
I thought the same thing. I suppose she proved us wrong.
I am definitely not an A&M fan, but an LSU fan commenting about another college just throwing money at these high school atheletes seems a little odd. The Tigers are throwing MANY million in this year's recruiting. Geaux Tigers!!

Do a little research and see how many points per game were scored by Lady Tiger bench players this past season.
I hope she comes, but I will sign up for the $10k just in case.
Vandy is also 2nd in the nation in home runs!
They seem to have very good hitting and defense this weekend. Piching may be a problem.
LSU's best player, Dedan Thomas, Jr., also played in only two SEC games and was not at full speed in those two because of injury. He was averaging more than 14ppg and almost 7 assists per game when his season ended. His passing made his teammates better.
Those stats would not be bad for a for a tournament.

Because he was invited to play on the USA team.
