If he was throwing his fastball 90mph instead of 95, I’d say you might be onto something. Not every Friday guy we get is going to be skenes. He struck out 10 tonight and his stuff was fine. That’s baseball.

I don’t know about that. The access to high quality strength training and biomechanics analysis has definitely led to an increase in pitching velocity

Stanfield isn’t hitting into a double play unless he hits a missile right at someone. Poor decision imo.

It’s painful. Flat out painful that we can’t run the ball. Our defense, though a bit under-talented has played as good as they can this year. Nuss has been better than average. If we could run the ball we would be scary.

We have a chance to beat anyone in this league. With the defense improving each week and an electric offense, I like our chances against anyone. LETS GEAUX

Do you feel least confident about (outside of Bama)?

I’m going with A&M. Tough game for the tigers on the road. I feel pretty good about everyone else if we play well.

Under BK it’s evident the team typically isnt ready to go outta the gate. However, I will say the staff does a good job correcting things by the second half. If LSU can just get off to better starts, I think they have a real shot against Ole Piss and Bama. Keep the game close going into half and I like our chances.
