We will drive from Mandeville to eat and enjoy the music on the weekend nights...depending on the band, it is usually very crowded and fun.

It is a good location for a restaurant. There are a lot of roof tops in that area, and great day time business traffic.

Love that place...they do a great job of keeping the flavors changing. Very unique.

Normal Outback location has about 90 parks and about the same number of employees per shift..should work. I still think the property is larger than you think, and they might have more parks than 100. I can find out by calling a friend if you are really interested.

Lafayette is good...and it was grown and owned by Lafayette guys. That is a much bigger lot than it looks from Acadian...there will be plenty of parking.

I don't know of a single restaurant that pays $21.00 an hour...I hope you were joking when you asked this question.

The ole Cotton Club on highland road use to put it on the club...one of the best clubs I ever had. I have thought many times about taking the sprouts off our club and putting two fried eggs on...but it's big enough.
I was talking with my step mom this week while in Florida, she was remembering a garlic soup she was served in the Phillipenes in the 50's that was server very, very hot and they would crack a raw egg in the soup before serving...she said the egg would poach in the soup as you ate the dish. I am going to try it this weekend.

Tomato and Cucs in a Zip lock with balsamic vin and oil, salt and pepper. It stays nice on top of the ice in your ice chest. You do need something to eat it out of...like a disposable bowl and plastic fork.

Crazy thing about workers compensation insurance...there is hardly anyone that will go to the emergency room from the staff because they wouldn't be able to pass the drug screen...so they just clean themselves up and put a bandaid on it.

I almost rented a chicken suit to dance out on Oneal...but the inside smelled like frat party vomit. Just couldn't bring myself to do it for the marketing.

And then when the Service Industry Union comes in and jacks up everyone pay and benifits...it will all get passed down. Your $5.00 burger will be $15.00 like in California.
