I recently dove into this as I have to send a coach training videos. So I tried movie maker since it was free, and it always crashed on me. It was miserable. I tried out a few more and I landed on VideoPad Video Editor. Works great....
It honestly depends on how hard you are hitting it. If you are a moderate gym goer and your workout lasts 45minutes of light work, and you usually only go 3 days a week, then you dont need a break. Now if you are really going for it and pushing big weights 4 days a week, yea then maybe take a week...
