I’ve told the story on here before, but yes I’ve experienced this. I tried to politely suggest things but nothing she tried worked. She was not lax with her dental hygiene or anything, so I don’t know what the issue was.

Been with USAA for 20 years personally, and probably over 40 going back 2 generations. Their service overall has absolutely declined and their products are no longer competitive.
After having all insurance, banking, and other financial accounts with them, all I have left is a primary checking account + credit card.
Their only saving grace is that everyone you deal with speaks perfectly clear English. That’s about all I can say.

Don’t like at the prices of them now. They’re no cheaper than a luxury SUV - talking about the kitted out ones, not your basic plumber’s work van with 2 seats and not much else.
Wife and I are trying to decide between a Honda Odyssey (~$50k) and Expedition Max (~$65k) right now. The Odyssey is unexpectedly less safe and less reliable from everything I’ve read, it’s also not as roomy for cargo. I’d kill for one of these conversion vans right about now.

I say this as someone who greatly prefers Brosnan and Craig, but Connery is the best Bond.
