Clemson’s biggest weakness is their run D which was awful last year but LSU can’t/won’t run the ball to take advantage of it

Yes I lived through the post ‘09 Texas years that’s why I can recognize a decline when I see it. I hope you still have the 2019 season on your DVR because living in the past is all you’re gonna have now that you’re a mid program for the foreseeable future.

However I looked at Texas schedule and of course the league gifted you a cakewalk besides the Georgia game
Texas’s SEC schedule is only a gift to the mediocre schools like LSU that get to avoid another loss on their schedule. We had to schedule Ohio State to get some actual competition outside of Georgia. Don’t know why you’re complaining when you should be thanking Sankey for protecting your mid program for another year.

Says it happened at 9pm so I’m sure it was a lady on the cleaning staff for the building that witnessed it
re: John Mateer, the SEC's Pete Rose?

I think it’s obvious Mateer was betting on sports but as long as he wasn’t using inside info or something I don’t care and think he should play. Doubt they’ll be able to prove it regardless.
Also, Sooner fans are blaming Texas for putting this out there but I’ve seen a few Michigan fans on twitter claiming credit. Connor Stalions strikes again?

Good: 2014 NBA Finals game 5 when San Antonio won the title vs Miami after choking it away the year before. Bought the tickets after game 1 and lucked out that it ended up being the clinching game.
Bad: Texas National Championship loss to Bama at the Rose Bowl that started their run. (Colt would’ve won)

Yeah and not just cold but also super windy because of the proximity to the lake

Take him to visit Northwestern when it’s cold out, that’s what convinced me. Growing up in Texas I knew I would be miserable in that weather. Also they are on the trimester system (or at least were) so you have final exams 3x per year instead of twice.
re: Here’s what the committee forgot, that they used to know.

So you’re saying Bama is 9-3 on paper but should really be looked at as 12-3 since they beat themselves in each of those losses. That is 3 more quality wins… I’m convinced.

How is it that Georgia fans are the biggest crybaby bitches on this board? This whole “woe is me” attitude from your coach and fanbase is embarrassing and unbecoming, grow a spine.
I was surprised when Georgia went blue in 2020 but the more time I spend on this board the more I understand it…

re: Latest Playoff Projections...how do you see this shaking out?

Yeah our starting walkon safety Taaffe #16 was teammates with Klubnik and picked off Ewers in that game

Will be interested to see if 17 Clemson jumps 8 SMU, they have H2H but also an extra loss and that’s a big jump.
5 Texas vs 12 SMU would be a cool throwback matchup. Klubnik vs Ewers would be a rematch of the Texas 6A state title game (Klubnik won)

Question for the longtime SEC fans -
is it Kirby’s constant whining and crying that has turned the entire Georgia fanbase into massive pussies or have they always been like this?

Georgia should absolutely be out of the playoffs if they lose to Texas or A&M in the SEC championship.
3 loss Georgia+refs should not be in the playoff race at all, total frauds. 1 fluke win over Texas is forth a playoff bid??
