Awesome, thanks!
Jacked Up Joker is my favorite PPSA program. 5 day plan. One week it's squat/back/bi's 3 days and chest/shoulder/tri's 2 days with shrugs every day. The next week it flips. It rotates between db shrugs and barbell weekly too.
Look at videos on Youtube by Panacea Palm. Those gave me several good options.
I don't think the guy last year programmed bench every day, but I'd assume he will. I'm sure it'll be posted the same as squatober. Hopefully someone here posts them, I don't do facebook, instagram etc.
I wasn't a fan of the programming last year either. I started the year on a mountain dog program but may pause it to give benchuary a shot if, like you say, it's similar to squatober.

Looks like PPSA is writing Benchuary this year. Should be good.

I'm going to run these programs for most of 2026, I may sprinkle in a PPSA for a change of pace. Starting off with High Evolutionary.
He's got a new program out now. Stacked, Jacked and Turnin Heads II.
How so? What's the difference between that and Dermacrine?

I enjoyed this one. You bench and do a squat variation twice a week. Deadlifts are thrown in as are shoulder presses. It rotates tricep and bicep work each day.
re: My two car garage gym build out - what do I go with?

I have the FM-6 and love it.
My garage gym is near capacity now. I have a rogue squat rack with the functional trainer, titan leg press/hack squat machine, powerblock dumbbells, seated calf raise machine, fringe sport belt squat and a sorinex leg extension/leg curl machine.
I ordered this for my son, hopefully it'll be here in time for Christmas.

Maybe that will help with some ideas.

Heck yeah, congrats! Mine was less than that at 315, but I'm still pumped about it. I don't work too hard on legs during the year, but I'm planning to change that now and see how much I can improve next year.
In and out today quick. Looking forward to seeing how everyone does tomorrow!
Curious what others plan to run after this is over? I think I'm going to do Jacked Up Joker. I like the shrug volume.
Those pushups felt good, but were tough by the last set. Nice pump today.

I've only being doing Squatober since 2021 when I first heard about it, but this has been my favorite.

Surely it was just meant for pushups.
The weights moved good today. Glad the weekend is here.

I like that these can be done in under an hour.
