The best Sarah parts are those that show she's well rounded.

There's the scene where she's describing her dreams to the doctor and sobbing.

The scenes where she tries to kill the scientist and loses her nerve.

She's a woman made hard by hard circumstances but there's still a real person, a real woman underneath that comes out sometimes.
