Runner relies on the first base umpires ruling of the play. You can’t penalize a runner for going off of what the umpire is telling him.

Deadline to add classes for Spring Semester was yesterday. So, unless they make an exception, he can't participate in spring ball. He can participate in the fall. As far as the accelerated classes in March, i still don't think he would be eligible for spring ball. But then again, there have been 52 different deadlines and scenarios spouted about for the last two weeks so who the hell knows.

I’ve seen this posted a few times from different people. Can we take a second to realize that Chambliss was brought in as a backup and just so happened to catch fire? I mean yes obviously it was a hell of an evaluation on LKs part to see that he had that potential, but 99.9% of the time, a D2 TRANSFER QB is not going to play like Chambliss has played.

My first thought when I saw it. Im curious if that deal was “it” or if there were other companies partnered in to drive the number up. Everything that I’ve heard is expect to pay 4-6 million for a starter in the portal this year.
