Played the Island on Saturday,only got 9 holes in before the rain. It was in good shape and greens are fast. Copper Mill is very busy,hard to get in especially as a solo.

Don’t make a fist when you’re doing bloodwork.Potassium testing is very sensitive.

Word is greens at copper mill are in really good shape. The new superintendent is doing a great job.

I’m on it for type 2 diabetes. I have lost 15 pounds. You don’t eat as much food and fill up faster.No side effects.

Support for them is local. Poor attendance in all sports even when they are winning.They used to be a women’s softball school,but that fell off.

My doctor spotted nodules on my thyroid just looking at me, then said he could feel them.a couple of years later a couple of them were malignant. He removed my thyroid been taking synthroid ever since, no problems.
