Yes. When I first started my career I worked on my days off framing houses. Weekly the builder I worked for was approached by guys trying to get him to employ an “immigrant” crew. We were all white country boys learning a trade. Of a crew of 6, 3 went on to be general contractors.

I was blessed to work for someone that knew he was losing money using us but had a moral value to keep us so we could learn and be successful

Every school in the country should have them and probably would if they could afford it
The only surprising part is that it happened at the beginning of the parade and not at the after party.

At least in New Roads they don’t start shooting until the parade is over.

That’s why I said they go in during the day using thermal to locate the deer, then switch to regular video to see what the deer is.

I talked to someone recently that’s doing it. He runs a ton of trail cameras on his place and still found 4 mature bucks he had never seen.

They go during the day using thermal and locate the deer. Then they switch to regular video and get a good look at what it is.
Yes they produce energy and the final product looks nice

What it took to get there doesn’t justify it
West Feliciana Parish is actively working to do everything they can to block this. Overwhelming support to block any chances of PUD development. Only people moving there better have deep pockets.

Inside the city limits of St Francisville may grow a little but there is limited room and they won’t incorporate anything new because they would have to take in a large Sec 8 area

Working night shift at my same job. Just started dating the one I’d marry a year later
I have a company vehicle. I also have my own personal truck. I recently, I ran across a good deal on another truck so I jumped on it. I’ll probably hold on to it until someone I know is looking and then sell it.
This is how I interpret the question.

If an ICE agent is trying to take someone into custody and the local LEO thinks ICE agent doesn’t have authority to take this person with force…. Can they arrest said ICE agent for battery / kidnapping type charge.

My very uneducated opinion is yes but it is not a lawful arrest. Best thing for the Fed to do is just comply and live to fight another day.

Now let’s look at the same scenario, but ICE agent is confronted by an activist and obviously uses excessive force ( even to the reasonable person). Could that LEO make an arrest for battery and it stick? At this point I’d say it would hold up enough to make it to local court.
