The fragments recovered were inconclusive to have come from his rifle. The damage reported in the autopsy that was released by the prosecution has not been cross examined by anyone yet and the one forensic expert who did comment on the results is quoted as saying these injuries were caused by something other than a bullet entering from the neck at that angle. The path you say it took..this is just silly. This is currently not evidence at all to convict TR and will not stand up at trial.

The media reported initially that a screw driver was found with the gun. A few days later, the FBI reported that this was now found on the roof. Maybe you can see why that would be very important to them. Bagley is the only one who testified to finding it but his bodycam shut off just before. This is BS and will be chewed up in cross. Hence why the screw driver was not put forth as evidence in pretrial. 5 other sets of DNA on there doesn't prove he was there.

It is odd to me that the security cop only noted a partial plate number, the garage footage never identifies a plate number, and the lead investigator repeatedly says, "The vehicle in question is similar to the one TR drives." JW was also a decent 3 Card Guts player until his last week before the draft. I was working as a Bellman at the Sheraton when Dale and Ron Abarnathy brought John in on a recruiting visit. What?? I would like to think if there is video of someone taking a shot, we would get to see it. Wouldn't want to jeopardize the suspects defense, right? If there was evidence to fit "their" narrative, they would share it.

He said nothing for 30 minutes. The conspiracy theory is that this kid shot him with a 30-06, got up and ran off within 2 seconds. If the evidence is so solid, why not just show us the video of him taking the shot? Give us a clear photo of him anywhere on campus. Just stop asking questions! The lie is that Candace has insuated that Erika was involved in Charlie's execution. She said that Charlie was betrayed by TPUSA and some of his closest friends. Never once saying Erika was involved. Your feelings don't matter.
