Houston sucks and the logistics of NGR are the absolute worst in the NFL.
The Rams have the worst special teams unit in the NFL and may have just won them the game. Wild

They lost two games this season because of STs. Eagles blocked FG and Shaheed's return to give the Seahawks life.
The Falcons haven't made the playoffs in 7 straight seasons lol
If the Bills don't have to face Denver or Houston on the road in the playoffs, it's a layup for them to get there and destroyed by someone from the NFC West
If Josh Allen would have thrown a decent pass and got the two points, where would they be ranked?

However, they are banged up on defense and teams have discovered that if you shut down James Cook and force Josh Allen to throw to medicore recievers, they struggle.

The Eagles didn't complete a pass in the 2nd half yesterday against that "banged up" defense.

The NFL doesn't put enough games on. I do think they afternoon slate sucks mostly think yeah because it's all NFC/AFC South and Jets & Giants games.
If Carolina wins the NFL South, he'll be one of main reasons for that and get the votes to win it.

Shough will need to have another big game and hope Carolina doesn't win.
One game doesn't decide who wins a "season long" NFL award :rotflmao:
Winning this game is good for morale but actually hurts your chances of winning the NFC South in 2026.
Saints win next week they'll play the 2nd or 3rd place schedule next season (Rams/49ers and Washington/Cowboys) compared to the 4th place which would be Giants and Cardinals.

Markets that don't matter you mean.

Draftkings, Fanduel and Caesars, the biggest sportsbooks in the world still have Shough as the second favorite.

Littler is what would happen if you never sent your child to school and let him practice a craft every day of his life until he's 17. You get Littler in Darts

Yet he's still the favorite. Because the award isn't based off one game.

Panthers winning the NFC South has a lot to do with his performances

Shough isn't winning ROY especially if the Panthers win the NFC South. He's not even the betting favorite.

His only chance and it's a slim one, is if he throws 300+/3 against Atlanta and the Bucs shutout the Panthers

Throwing the ball on 1st down was smart. 3rd down was going for the win.
