I quit because it was killing me and I was at the bottom. I have a huge problem. I say have because it will always be there. But the 24th of this month will make 4 years.

Came down with a cough last Wednesday. Went to work on Thursday. Friday couldnt taste anything....tested positive. Came back to work yesterday. The thing that was the worst was no taste and smell. I had zero appetite. Just took some flu cough meds and rode it out.

I have the exact same struggle. I honestly have no answer for this. I just sleep around 3-4 hours of broken sleep a night.
