Richard Dalton used to handle a bunch but not sure if he still does. I would not try to do it yourself since their attorneys fight these on a daily basis.

Buyer needs to figure out what his state requires. I have sold boats to people in Bama and Florida. Both only required bill of sale which did not need to be notarized. I would do separate bills of sale for the trailer and boat. Louisiana requires separate. I had to get manufacturer to redo for a boat I bought out of Florida. You will also need to cancel license plate at OMV and registration at LDWF.

Texas does not permit non-lawyers to have a controlling interest in a law firm.
