Buyer needs to figure out what his state requires. I have sold boats to people in Bama and Florida. Both only required bill of sale which did not need to be notarized. I would do separate bills of sale for the trailer and boat. Louisiana requires separate. I had to get manufacturer to redo for a boat I bought out of Florida.
