No worries. Ask for the legacy discount too. I think its $1000 off tuition.

You will have one year from the date of last attempt to repair to seek recission of sale, or reduction of price. You can assert claims under Lemon Law statute La. R.S. 51:1941 et seq, and redhibition La. C.C. art. 2520 et seq. You are able to recover attorney fees if you can prove seller knew of the defect and failed to disclose so I would call an attorney. Richard Dalton used to handle a bunch but not sure if he still does. I would not try to do it yourself since their attorneys fight these on a daily basis.

We need another one like him.
Buyer needs to figure out what his state requires. I have sold boats to people in Bama and Florida. Both only required bill of sale which did not need to be notarized. I would do separate bills of sale for the trailer and boat. Louisiana requires separate. I had to get manufacturer to redo for a boat I bought out of Florida. You will also need to cancel license plate at OMV and registration at LDWF.
I don’t have a problem with Real ID. I have a problem with OMV. Currently here for the second time and computers are down again!
Texas does not permit non-lawyers to have a controlling interest in a law firm.
Stupid headline grabbers. These idiots cost the state so much money injecting their religious beliefs and holier than thou positions.
Workers were housed and fed (barely). Auschwitz had a sign: Arbeit macht frei which means work sets you free. The exterminations took place when they couldn't house anymore or when workers could not work. Hair was cut and shipped to processing centers and turned into socks and other items.

Most painful surgery I have ever had. Took a full year to recover. I had three tears and subscap had to be reattached.
We were going down today for dinner but cancelled. Will return once the chaos subsides.
Ida storm damage. Insurance company required to make a written offer by 30 days. On the last day, they sent letter finding my damage was $50 less than the deductible. My true damage was $269,000. I had to sue and the company went into receivership. I was left with accepting less like thousands of others who were insured by companies that went into receivership.

NYC Bar for LSU Games

What's best bar for watching LSU games in NYC?
Just plain stupid. Using your kid to buck the system is wrong. Let him make that decision when he turns 18.

1. Nearly impossible to get a spot unless you are early and even then you will likely steal someone's spot. 2. Make sure your alcohol is in plastic cups. The cops love making visitors pour out their alcohol.
I have a couple relatives who believe in the crap. Funny how the rely on the system when in need but cry about sovereign rights when they are subjected to taxes. Who the f*** do they think pays for their handouts/subsidies? Mindboggling.
