The % is actually pretty high because we honestly don't sign a lot of 2-3 star players. The bulk of our classes are the 14-16 4 star guys we get every year. The class gets rounded out by 5's & 3's.
3 star signees '14 - '04

3 star Tigers. If they are on the list they started at least 12 games. If they are listed as NFL it means they played more then one season. Rivals rankings.

SEC Old guard Coaches

Spurrier, CLM, even Saban with his #1 recruiting class talent, just maintain offensive and defensive philosophy's and schemes that are outdated in the modern era of college football.
LSU needs to simply part ways with a Coach who's middle toss attitude of football does no justice to the talented skill players his young recruiters like Coach Wilson keeps delivering to Baton Rouge.
The LSU AD should follow the lead of Miss and AU and hire a talented young Coach from the Sunbelt like ULL's Hudspeth. Let's see what a coach who knows the state, is respected by the HS Coaches, and has excelled with inferior talent could do with the keys to the Farrari that is the LSU Football program.

Now I know that SC's D is bad, but Golson's arm is live and accurate tonight.

The Houston game was one of the top 3 games I have ever seen in TS...and I have been to every "big" game since 1992.
For the UW game my bud and I were talking about how K-Faulk's #3 was going to be the next number retired.
Mark my words...it will be.
Great read.

You can all give opinions...but the numbers and awards don't lie.
The definitive and indisputable list:
#1 Shaq (He has a statue in front the P-Mac)
#2 "All eyes on 3" (Finished fourth in NCAA history and first in SEC history with 6,833 all-purpose yards...nuff said)
#3 ENOUGH WITH THE TODD WALKER TALK!!!
Eddie Furniss (1996 consensus first-team all-American, was voted the '96 Southeastern Conference Player of the Year. 1997, Furniss helped lead LSU to its second straight NCAA title, earning second-team all-America and all-SEC. 1998 Dick Howser Trophy as college baseball’s most outstanding player. Furniss finished his career as the SEC’s all-time leader in hits (349), home runs (80), RBI (309), doubles, (87) and total bases (689). In NCAA annals, Furniss finished his career No. 3 all-time in total bases, No. 4 in home runs and doubles, and No. 5 in RBI.a .371 lifetime batting average -- hit .403 in 1998 with 27 doubles, three triples, 28 homers, 85 runs and 76 RBI, earning first-team all-America and all-SEC honors.)
#4 Glynn Dorsey (The most decorated defensive player in school history, winning numerous national awards as a senior in 2007 – Lombardi, Outland, Nagurski, and Lott Trophies – becoming the first player in LSU history to win any of those awards)
#5 Chris Jackson (After scoring 48 and 53 points in the first month of his college career, he went on to become the most celebrated freshman of all time, setting an NCAA freshman scoring record, averaging 30.2 points per game. A two-time consensus SEC Player of the Year, two time AP - All American)

Starting at ILB for the Skins...just blasted Jets fullback John Connor out of bounds on third down, which let to a FG attempt that the Jets missed. Love the old Tigers making plays in the League!

When we played USC and ND? I don't know about that. I was at both of the last 2 games we played ND...and yeah it was cool to be playing them, but they weren't anywhere near as big as this game has shaped up to be.

#1LSU vs the #3 rival Razorbacks for the right to go to the SECCG to play for a spot in the BCSNCG.
I've been to every big game in TS for the last 15yrs, and have been a season ticket holder since '75...and I cant think of any bigger than this.
