Certified letter/posted from the actual owner of record or someone authorized to act for them via attorney provides notice they are trespassing....therefore NO "squatter rights" can be offered.
In LA, possession is one thing but ownership is a whole other taking at least 10 years legally...and that's in good faith" which this is not.
They better start paying the property taxes too, good time to try this as the end of year tax roles are about to come right to their door :lol:

Completely agree. Was just posting as it was breaking news at the time
