If they insist on 16 teams they need to use a “pods to semis” model. That type format is best for attendance and there are ways to ensure no team plays more than 4 games.

Don’t waste your time listening to the start with cold water nonsense - I kept listening to this crap for years and wondered why I couldn’t get consistently easy to peel eggs. Bring water to a boil first and ice bath immediately. I like 8 mins for soft boiled. I’ve never had a bad peeling experience since I switched.

Add 4 teams and have the 10 charter members as one division. Play all teams in the division and a game against the other division that doesn’t count towards the conference standings.

Since 2008, LSU played back to back conference road games (without a bye) in 7 seasons. They are 6-1 in those 2nd games and the only loss was in the COVID season.
