I have the exact same scenario. I'm leaning towards Hill. San Francisco's rush defense is second to last. Hope this helps you.

I'm in a similar situation in one of my leagues. I have decided to sit Nelson until Rodgers comes back. He's just too risky for me with the playoffs starting.
