Speaking of Ya Ya, in "G" barracks in 1947, his last year and my first, I got to know him well.

Clint is a bit older than me. I've me I've hung out in his old restaurant in Carmel.

I was born November 26the (at home, 8th and Laurel) in Eunice, LA in 1930. I graduated from Eunice High School in May 1947 at 16 years of age. I enrolled at LSU that Fall with a 4 year scholarship.

It’s all a matter of record and easily accessible.
