Hard question. All these drugs mentioned are bad. I'd put meth, crack & fetty at the top. Used to be combo of vicodin, soma, and xanax. Seen a lot of kids crash b/c of Xanax. Alcohol and driving is often deadly. But nothing kills like Cigs.
