How long ago did the spot on the shoulder get noticed and what did they do at that time?
Sorry for my earlier response. The dermatologist took a sample of the suspected area and sent it to a pathology lab. When it was reported positive, I made an appointment with the melanoma clinic.

Late 60's, 6'4", 210. Initial was on shoulder. Involved lymph nodes under arm, Did well for 4 years. Now this. Thanks,

Now tagged with Stage 4 melanoma. Lesions found in my liver a couple of weeks ago. I've had my first dose of immunotherapy and so far so good. I'm feeling fine and liking my chances. Crazy to reach this point because of "cumulative" sun burns. Thanks.

Saw Edwin drink a Coors Silver Bullet. Mike Foster was a good friend. J Bennett had just torpedoed Bork, when we met. I gave him some grief. Visited with Edwin, Candy and his brother up in Michigan before he reported to prison. BB 60 Rayburn was difficult especially after lunch. O'Keefe was awfully polite. Elwin J Nicholson was one of the funniest politicians ever. Yeah, I'm old.

Had dinner with a former BOS member Saturday evening. He told me Will Wade would be back and the AD from McNeese would be his new boss. So I asked why, he said Verge held his ground. I took that to mean Verge wasn't going to disagree with Woody.
