re: What is plan about LB?
Posted by MSG on 12/4/25 at 5:06 pm to SEC Doctor
I don’t think he will ever play in the SEC
I watched him vs central. They used him everywhere but tackle. He was catching jump balls for tds in the end zone, running the ball, catching screens, throwing the ball, lining up and blocking at TE. He was their whole team.
MMR plane… that hard to say. shite
If I were to make a trip there middle of December this year… where should I stay?

With the transfer portal… you can have a whole new roster come next year

4.4 at that weight would be one of the tops at the NFL combine

His sisters boyfriend gave him those. Nothing to see here
re: If Lane comes...Baker or Golding as DC?

Ole Miss has a pretty legit defense… I say Golding

I seriously doubt that… I don’t think people really understand how much he was worth

Please tell me what he has won at any of his many coaching gigs??? 8-4, 9-3 is about his average. No chanpionships…
Let’s be honest about the options…

There’s really no big name that we’ve thrown around like in years past during a search. Maybe the best option is a young up and coming coordinator? I’d love Kiffin for the entertainment and good offense, but he’s notoriously underachieved
It’s time to bring Lincoln home

Lincoln Riley that is…
I was heartbroken when he went to USC and not here. :ice:

I’ve watched every game of his this year… I think we will be ok.
Who, if anyone, should take over Turning Point?
Posted by MSG on 9/12/25 at 12:24 pm
Is there anyone out there who would be as capable or as brave as Charlie Kirk to keep his platform going? It’s a fairly large operation that employed a good amount of people.
Watched him play Friday night. Had a few tackles and a pick 6… but the most impressive thing was that he was an amazing teammate and was cheering on the other players on his team when they did good shite
So as long as I put in at least 6%, my company puts 7%. So what you’re saying is put the other 14% I'm able to contribute into the Roth?
Yeah, I’m in the 24% as well.
401k allocation question
Posted by MSG on 8/22/25 at 6:55 pm
How do some of you allocate your 401ks in regards to roths, pre and post tax? Obviously I’m not super knowledgeable about all of this. But I do pay attention and I buy and sell a few times a year.
I currently split my percentages between before tax and the Roth, and then like 2% in after tax. Any recommendations?

I sold almost all of it before Covid… bought it back at 38 dollars a share and sold it at 121ish a year or so ago. I wish I had more money to play with then.
I’m just worried about buying at this price. Historically it’s hovered around 80-90, but maybe those days are long gone. Really wish it would split like it used to in the 90’s
