The best coach I ever had grabbed my facemask in football and pulled me a few yards and cussed us when wrong when I didn’t calm down and I learned from it and exactly what I needed. Treated all of us like his kids and had a father figure type of relationship to do that so never bothered by it. When a parent gets on to their kid or whips them it doesn’t bother me if they need and not overboard and that during the game wasn’t overboard by coach.
But I guess in todays world coach lets the player do wrong and does nothing and TaTa him and then the same people drag him for not having discipline within the program and want him fired. Too many of y’all Soft!

Edna Karr is a charter school, and pretty sure they will try to follow this model. They can control who they want to admit into the school so that will not be a problem. Edna Karr has 100% graduation rate and between the sports, band, clubs they excel so can basically "recruit" in all areas. Can be a monster if can get right, but I just feel bad for all the local public schools who will lose kids due to this.

DC usually goes with backers so he can be with the group portions of practice involving the run game and then also be involved with coverage part of practice too like 7on7. If he was safeties coach he would never be with the front 7 except for team and that could make for a tough situation.

Do not fool yourself by hiring just another conventional coach, the facilities, fanbase, town is very underwhelming, so recruiting big talent needed is not going to happen so go opposite direction.

Hire a flexbone/triple option HC- doesn't require same skillset as spread teams and will match the recruiting needed. Hard nose ball control offense and solid defense and you have a chance to have some success.

Has almost everything to do with lack of discipline and accountability from parents, administration and school board policies being too liberal in many public schools where testing takes place, very small with COVID.

Hard for me to feel sorry for him, muff once shake it off, but muff twice that’s just ridiculous.

Doesn’t matter as much the Name for DC since Allen will have heavy hand in defense still so basically just takes the title

This guy had a problem at Beau Chene and arrested, pretty much got run off from Westgate because of it, and then back to it at LCA. There is only reason he was hired at LCA and that was to win and they took the chance on his hire knowing damn well he has had multiple issues, but the possibility of winning was more important than passing on a predator. Their is no excuse why any school should let this guy on campus but shows what LCA all about.
They do all this shady stuff in every sport but somehow justify it being “Christian” it is a joke and can’t believe so many people willing to pimp their kid out to that Pastor and school.
