Edna Karr is a charter school, and pretty sure they will try to follow this model. They can control who they want to admit into the school so that will not be a problem. For the question why a safeties and a corners coach…
Safeties are apart of run game and have reads take for instance if TE is blocking or releasing where as corners job is mainly cover. So indo time for practice and development could be better suited split up between coaches. Some just do 1 coach b...

DC usually goes with backers so he can be with the group portions of practice involving the run game and then also be involved with coverage part of practice too like 7on7. If he was safeties coach he would never be with the front 7 except for team and that could make for a tough situation. ...

Baylor beat McNeese 124-44 and Kansas St beat them 101-39 so don't get mad at Mulkey when this is a theme of how bad this team against elite opponents.
McNeese beat Ecclesia 102-28 so looks like they didn't call of dogs....

Do not fool yourself by hiring just another conventional coach, the facilities, fanbase, town is very underwhelming, so recruiting big talent needed is not going to happen so go opposite direction.
Hire a flexbone/triple option HC- doesn't require same skillset as spread teams and ...

Select schools can have anyone outside their zone be eligible to go to school there
Non Select can’t do that so that is a competitive advantage...

I think he is hiring people who he trusts and knows what it took to get ULL where it is at now. They are trying to change the culture there and if many have been working together they know exactly the plan and their role. No reason to go get a bunch of SEC retreads or whoever “just because”. ...
