I've sold homes to be moved before for $1000 - $5000. But, I've also given them away as long as they handle the moving costs and clean up afterwards. Call a couple house moving companies and ask them if they want the home - try to get a buck or two - be aware, these guys are VERY DIFFICULT to deal with and they won't do it in the time frame that they promise. Get the money upfront

Take off the shower head and clean it - the flow may be just low enough currently that it doesn’t trigger the heater to stay on after a while - happened to me
This movie was by far Denzel’s worst movie - spike Lee sucks
Bag says 1 per acre. I always do 2 (give or take).
T&L Forestry in Industriplex may be able to fix that - they build doors and windows and use Spanish Cedar a good bit. You likely would have to bring the door to them for them to fix. Call them and send them pics and Bao over there will let you know if they can fix.
That course had been closed for like 10 years I believe - pass it all the time on way to deer camp
Todd Graves and Craig Silvey originally founded Canes - Craig sold out and went to CA I think during the tech boom days before the tech crash. I believe he did come back eventually and work for Canes in some capacity.
Happened to me, and my plumber came out and unscrewed the shower head and cleaned it out / apparently some debris had worked its way into the head and the water heater was unable to push as much hot water as it wanted to, which caused it to stop heating water for a few seconds every now and then. We haven't had issues once he cleaned it out - worth trying yourself before you call someone.

It’s one of several goofy arse holes at Greystone
Reset the hdmi arc receiver
Had this issue and plumber came by and removed my shower head and cleaned it out - it had some trash in it restricting the flow - once he put it back on it worked flawlessly- cheap and easy fix to try before you go down a rabbit hole

Just got the LAB Oz. Super solid - easy to line up - it took me a few rounds and some practice (a video on YouTube about ball placement and stroke with LAB helped). I really like it and confidence is building every round with it - it’s a better mousetrap
Love that clip - would be fun to get a follow up on this "guy"
Get some caulk and rub it into the crack with your finger. Caulk will expand and contract slightly, so you shouldn't get cracks again. Touch up paint over the dried caulk and you are done

I’m in East Centreville - been seeing a lot of activity with bucks feeding and even following does on cameras in the last week during the day (and night). Best to be in the stand the next week although it’s hot AF
Hunters pardon did just that, tho
Why are we hearing of this on TD and not on ALL the news channels?!?!
Call Jeremy at Pinederosa - great dude - very fair prices +1 (225) 301-5911
sounds exactly like a conservation easement to me. I'm in 3 and all are being audited currently. Pretty pissed about it.
