re: No black HC in SEC - problem?

There is an easy solution for this one bro. If they have the exact same qualifications and on paper neither coach is superior and neither one owns a motorcycle... You poll the volleyball team, see which coach they are most likely to sleep with, then hire the other guy.

Before we can claim any kind of racism we have to look at more than just the skin color of the coaches currently employed. I mean, if 100 white coaches apply for a HC job and only 1 black coach did, is the school racist for hiring a white coach? possibly and possibly not. Until you know why they hired who they did, claiming racism is merely ignorant. Answer these questions then we will have a better idea on the situation.
1) how many black coaches are trying to get a job in the SEC?
2) How many white coaches are trying to get a job in the SEC?
3) How many black coaches were not given jobs they tried for?
4) how many white coaches were not given jobs they tried for?
Honestly these 4 questions leave a lot of important information out. But if we don't look into at least these statistics before trying to insinuate the SEC might be racist, then we are trying to start a fight and not fix a problem. Just to say there not being any Black HC's in the SEC means the SEC is racist.. In the words of a absent minded man.. "come on man".
