Kelly has been been here since November and had spring ball, summer workouts, and fall camp. If high level players take more than 8-9 months to get in shape, that’s a bigger issue.
Did you see UCLA game last year? Team looked out of shape and overworked.

How could you be not sure about what he was implying? He literally said it in plain text what he was implying multiple times throughout the article lol
He thinks it’s a little gamesmanship and a little political.

It’s too bad we don’t play LSU this season. It would be so much fun to destroy y’all -
Same exact shite y’all say every year we do play... Every time we play UGA it’s “ UGA’s outstanding defense, BeSt iN tHe SeC, is going to make it a long night for LSU’s offense” … or something about how we don’t have talented enough players, or y’all make fun of our coach and think it’ll be so easy for Kirby to outcoach us, something like “coach O is to stupid to beat Kirby, Kirby is elite”….
quote:
especially with Grinding Brian doing his thing on the sidelines.
See! I called it before even reading you’re whole comment… I mean it’s honestly like y’all have a preprinted generic set of talking points and y’all just fill in the blanks with current HC/player names … At least be original.

They are not in the same stratosphere as Bama or Georgia.
Oh y’all are on Bama’s level now? :bwahaha:

LSU is gonna have their hands full trying to beat the Arks and Miss States.

In fact if they even qualify for a bowl it will be an accomplishment that they should treasure
:blah: Are you seriously this big of a fricking retard?? You guys are “elite” now and in a whole ‘nother stratosphere, and we’re hot garbage and pitiful, right? So why do we bend yall over and raw dog you; dry, with no lube, every time we play? :dunno:
re: Jayden Daniels Potential

I bet Harris didn’t have to deal with the chaos of a Covid season….Daniel’s had to learn a completely brand new offense in such a short condensed time bc of a Covid season where practices weren’t normal, everything was chaotic and distracting… it was a tough task. So his drop off after freshman year was excusable.
What’s is Harris’s excuse.??

Poor LSU. They are no longer good - hardly on any ones radar unless we are discussing dancing queens or childrens hospitals. Well hold your heads up anyway. Everyone likes you a lot more than they do A&M
Bro how do you not realize that we literally dog walk the frick out of y’all damn near every time we’ve played recently.
Like seriously do you not realize that?

He does win on a regular basis but he pisses the wrong people off along the way(administration, large donors, and Alumni)
That’s the difference btw dumbass stuck up Catholic Notre dame fans and pretty much everyone else…
If the coach is winning, then usually everything else he’s doing is not that bad so those “wrong people” that might have a stick up their arse, they find a way to get over it. Winning cures all. (unless he’s like blatantly cheating but A&M proved nobody cares abt that anymore so pretty much if the dude is winning then he’s good to go)

10 TD/ 10 int and less than 200 yes per game will not get it done and he will see defenses like he has never seen before.
Again, any idiot can look at a few stats and act like they know what they’re talking about.
Who won the national championship last year? UGA.
So why/how did their QB average less than 200 ypg??
Who did BDJ work with after ‘18 going into ‘19 season who he credits as a big reason for his improvement…. 3DQB Tom House, same guy who JD is working with…
What more could JD do the past 2 years? He did pretty good for someone that was learning/running a brand new offense while having no protection from an O line and literally ZERO reliable receivers.
But in 2019 as a freshman, he showed what he could do when he had help and weapons he could go to, which he’ll have again this year at Lsu.
The only people lacking confidence in him are the ones looking at surface level stats that don’t understand how much goes into the Qb position. There’s a reason coaches like him, and why Tom House said he’s the most talented he’s worked with… and that reason isn’t “wishful thinking”

Dude you keep making comments that prove you’re an idiot.
:bwahaha:
:banghead: almost 2400 yards is not “lacking”
There’s actually quite a few reasons why someone would be confident in his ability…. And it is not blind confidence when you actually understand the game.

What was lacking was passing yards

There is nothing from this guy's college playing history that should make anyone confident. He may play well, but blind confidence is all that is remotely possible at this juncture.

but people having confidence in him as a QB are just being biased fans.
I’m pretty sure you don’t know what “biased” means….
quote:
very few yards. Obviously the majority of his passes were near the line of scrimmage and there were very few explosive plays. You have to be able to throw down the field to win games often in the SEC now days.
quote:
His play and results from last year would have been heavily mocked, if he would have transferred to A&M.
Not a single fact, literally all your opinion (“bias”)
How can you have such strong opinions while being so uninformed? You can’t criticize someone when you don’t even know what you’re talking about…

This isn’t baseball bro where it only takes 1 pitcher having a really good outing for an underdog to win, hints why the #1 seed rarely wins it all…
Football is a physical team sport where the bigger, stronger team wins 9.9 out of 10 times. It usually requires a good bit of luck and/or incredibly breaks for an underdog to win… Alabama and Georgia are not only the stronger, and usually more talented team; they will also usually be the best coached. To doubt this Bama team, instead of just accepting the inevitable, will only lead you to disappointment and probably anger. Thinking this way also makes a surprising loss even more enjoyable

Tennessee fans are more upset and pissed about players getting paid with actual cash and not McDonald’s coupons and nail salon gift cards… then they are about any kind of violation
